Hannah has a passion to learn, understand and journey with individuals as they move through life. She appreciates each person's unique and meaningful experience. Her hope and vision in counselling is to join people on their journeys to help them better understand and manage their life circumstances. Her desire is to see individuals experience being encouraged, valued, and have a sense of agency in their lives. Hannah's counselling experience includes emotional regulation, stress management, improving communication skills, time management, spirituality, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues and relationship difficulties. Hannah uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Focusing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in her counselling. She has special interest in working with children, teens and young adults; helping each person to be firmly grounded in who they are, and confident in their ability to develop healthy relationships and lifestyles.  Ultimately, she desires to help individuals be restored to who they are created to be and to pursue their calling in life.

Alysha has always considered it a true privilege to hear people’s stories and has a passion for walking alongside someone as they journey through life’s different trials and joys. She believes in the power of truly being heard by someone and the power of being given a safe space to explore and talk through ideas and experiences. Alysha has experience working with anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, eating disorders, self-esteem, grief, and trauma. Alysha enjoys working with people in all walks of life and has a particular passion for working with youth and young adults. Alysha’s approach to counselling blends multiple different therapeutic approaches with a reliance on CBT, mindfulness and focusing. Her counselling style is influenced by Person Centred Therapy which she long has appreciated for its positive perspective of each client and what they bring to the counselling room. Alysha desires for each person to grow in self-compassion and empathy; having a greater appreciation of their story and the unique strengths it gives them.
