I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe enough to be honest—even in the parts that feel hardest to say out loud.
My approach is compassionate, relational, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. Together, we create an environment where you can be honest, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you are carrying. My work integrates approaches including CBT, attachment-based therapy, family systems, emotional regulation support, and ADHD-informed care.
I walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. I also specialize in supporting children and adults with ADHD.
I value time in nature, movement, and the small often silly, joy-filled rhythms of life with my family—things that help me stay grounded and present in the work I do.
